Diatomic :- Molecules that consist of two atoms. Eg :- Hydrogen, Oxygen

Triatomic :- Molecules that consist of three atoms. Eg :- O3 ( Ozone )

Tetra atomic :- Molecules that contain 4 atoms. Eg :- NH3 ( Ammonia )

Poly atomic :- Molecules which have 3 or than atoms.
