Hio....

Atomicity is the number of atoms present in a molecule of a compound or element.

The atomicity of HNO3 (or Nitric Acid) is 5
1 atom of Hydrogen(H)
1 atom of Nitrogen(N)
3 atoms of Oxygen(O)

Hope it is clear enough to understand and helpful... ^_^
