Atrial Systole :-

Due to contraction in the Atria the remaining blood comes into the ventricle so Atrial Pressure now becomes zero.

Atrial Diastole :-

Atria start relaxing now . Due to presence of almost zero pressure Atria during Diastole the auricle start receiving further from the veins.
