The aurora borealis or northern lights are displays of coloured lights in the sky above northern countries.The sun gives off billions of tiny,very energetic particles.When these react with particles high in the atmosphere , they create glowing multicoloured swirls called aurora

it is a north polar light.
it commonly occur between 60 degree to 75 degree latitude.
it might be observed any night from dusk until dawn, it include Alaska summer nights (may-july), the best time to see it is midnight and 2 am.
