The most challenging thing about this might be limiting yourself to 250 words, but you must, if for no other reason than to show that you follow instructions.
Without knowing the kind of position you're applying for, it's difficult to tell you what to include. However, I would recommend that you present your background and experience in a way that would suggest to any reader that the next logical step in your life would be to work in this particular position. Don't state this overtly; rather, include facts that will show that this is so.
See if you can also work in a few sentences about how you overcame and learned from a challenge that is in some way connected to what you’ll be required to do if they choose you.
A biographical summary should be factual. Avoid reflection, analysis, and opinions.
Again, don’t go over the 250 by more than just a few words. Doing so would guarantee that no one will read what you’ve struggled to write.
