Auxin is a plant harmone which causes the elongation of cells in shoot and is involved in regulating plant growth .

auxin is a phytohormone which promotes growth in plants.

it promotes cell enlargement n cell division

it has opposite effects on d growth of roots n stems.

auxins prefer to stay away from sun rays,ergo they move to d part of plant whr sun rays r less available.
