Fact: Fact is something that can readily be observed. eg, Sun rises in the east, sky is blue etc.

Law: It tells you what will happen. It cannot be proven wrong. eg, Newton's Law of Gravity.

Theory: A theory gives you an explanation of something. It is not really disputed but has the potential to be proven wrong. eg Theory of Evolution

The difference between these three seems to be pretty obvious.

Theorem: Statement that has been proven on the basis of previously established statements, such as other theorems—and generally accepted statements, such as axioms. (Wikipedia) eg Pythagoras Theorem

Difference:

Theory: Theory is verifiable explanation, which means that you can show there is evidence for it.

Theorem: Theorem is demonstrable explanation, which means that you can do it again to show their is evidence for it and other people can do it too.

Rule: It is a kind of a prescription to do something. It just needs to be memorized and applied wherever necessary. eg. Right Hand Rule

Proof: While theories and theorems are statements that explain phenomenons, proof is the logical argument given to support these claims.

I'll take the liberty to add another word to this list.

Lemma: Lemma is a proven proposition which is a stepping stone to a larger, more important statement of interest. eg. Zorn's lemma can be used to show that every graph as a spanning tree.

Axiom》》 An axiom or postulate is a statement that is taken to be true , to serve as a premise or starting point for further reasoning and arguments.

Theorem》》 A theorem is a statement that has been proven on the basis of previously proven statement, such as other theorems and generally accepted statements like axioms. A theorem is the logical consequence of axiom.

Velocity》》 Velocity is a distance travelled per unit time along a particular direction. In other words velocity is a speed along a specific direction.
