An Equation which has Same Number of atoms on both sides of an Equation is called a Balanced Equation.

An Equation is balanced to conserve the law of conservation of mass.

According to which, Same mass of reactants will be equal to same mass of products.

For Example,

$C\:+O_{2}\:=CO$ {Incomplete Combustion}

Balanced = $2C\:+O_{2}\:=2CO$
