✔This story is about a true friend and an who wanted to make a masterpiece in his life .It was his lifelong desire.They both helped Johnsy to recover as she was convinced that as soon as the last leaf on the ive climber fell down she would die.Sue told the Behrman to draw a leaf which looks identically the same as the real one.

✔Sue called it a masterpiece as even Johnsy could not recognize the leaf and this helped Johnsy to recover from her thinking which led to depression.

✔But on the other hand , while painting his masterpiece Behrman also caught hold of Pneumonia and after 2 days of illness he died.

✔This story suggested a very good example of a true friend Sue who helped her friend to recover from her mental illness and because of her and the Behrman Johnsy would able to live a happy life.
