Shining loads refers to the bangles which the bangle sellers are carrying to the temple fair. It's prospective buyers are happy daughters and happy wives. By repeating the word ' happy' the poet has empasized the human element of the bangles. The daughters who are getting ready for their bridal life as a wife wear bangles to express tending desires. The wives who wear bangles express their delight life in their house and a resposibility of being a mother.
