What is best of 5 Class 10... Suppose I have got less marks in science but scored good in IT so the result will considered with IT or with Science....

As many are saying that it will add on the top 5 scored subjects.​

Marks scored in all the subjects will not be counted in boards only the five subjects in which you have scored the best is best of five
