Best way to tracle stress are:-
•Be active
•Avoid Caffeine, Alcohol and Nicotine
•Get more sleep
•Try relaxation techniques like yoga and
meditation
•Learn to say "No"..If you're not feeling better
and don't want to do anything you don't like
just say "No" to it.
•if you're in adolescent stage say "No" to
Drugs
