1.. To completely take over the work and responsibility of a disabled person in order to help.
OR.
2. Encourage such a person to do it himself /herself in a different way.

I think for me I encourage that person because we all know everyone have different talent like their faces and everyone is genius in their own field just we have to find out which field we are interested it and we have to accept that and never give up like a famous example Stephen Hawking.
