An IAS officer has capabilities to contribute through his ideas and policies. But his actions are controlled by politicians. If an IAS officer does good work then he/she gets transferred to a remote place (like Jharkhand) as in reward, so that his future work will not be noticeable. His life or carrier can be in trouble.
P.S: I love to be an IAS Officer in the future And I am working hard for it though it is a very hard profession. I don't have any problems in becoming a business lady too. I love both but my fav is IAS. You can choose any, no problem. IF HELPFUL PLEASE RATE MY ANSWER DEAR.
