Better can be defined as improving of quality of certain it not means it's totally improved.
Smart work can be defined as the work which done with smartness but not with lots of effort.
Hard work can be defined.
as someone finished his task with bitterness in his work.So I think hard work is good than the smart work because we can achieve everything through this.

I THINK SMART WORK IS BETTER THAN HARD WORK BECAUSE IF WE DO EACH AND EVERY WORK IN A SMART UNDERSTANDING WAY THEN OUR SMART WORK IT SELF WOULD CHANGE HAS HARD WORK FOR OTHERS .
FOR EXAMPLE ;- IF WE ARE REALLY DOING HARD WORK IN OUR STUDIES BUT NOT DOING SMART WORK SUCH HAS MAKING A PROPER TIMETABLE FOR STUDIES THEN OUR HARD WORK IT SELF WOULD LOOSE ITS POSITION .
