Hi there,

In simplest terms,

1. Banger: The High part of the Banger land is said to be where the flood water cannot be reached. There are lime pebbles in it. It is less fertile than the new drops due to the presence of old alluvium. The peak and flat and pebbled terraces of banyan soil are called Bhood. It is called Dhaya in the field of Punjab. This is found in the western parts of Uttar Pradesh and parts of Uttarakhand.

2. Khadar: Low ground or part of the Khadar land where every year flood water gives new good soil, which is more fertile due to new alluvial soil. In the grounds of Punjab, it is called the bet.(बेट)

Hope it hepls you.
