Bicuspid valve is a set of two flaps present in the left part of the heart at the mouth of the left auricle to left ventricle.

Tricuspid valve a set of three flaps present in the right part of the heart at the mouth of the right auricle to the right ventricle.

They are known as the atri-ventricular valves.
