Bile juice is a type of secretion secreted by liver and is temporarily stored in gall bladder. Bile juice contains bile salts. It breaks down the large fat globules into smaller ones. This process is called as emulsification of fats. After this process the fats are broken down to fatty acids and glycerol in small intestine by an enzyme known as lipase (This is the required answer) [If you liked my answer then please mark me as brainliest and I will definitely follow you back.]
