These are a type of asexual reproduction.In binary fission amoeba divides itself in two daughter cells whereas in budding hydra has a bulge like structure attached with it and later get detached to grow like the parent plant.

Binary Fission-
An asexual mode of reproduction in which a unicellular organism gets divided into two halves and each halve grows into a new organism.
E.G. Ameoba.
Budding- It is also an asexual mode of reproduction in which a new outgrowth called as BUD is seen and gets detached from its parent body and the bed grows into a new individual.
E.G. Hydra.
