binary fission in amoeba take place.first nucleus of amoeba divides into two.After that body of amoeba starts to split.amoeba gives birth to two daughter amoeba.this process is called binary fission.In paraemecium, binary fission takes place transversely.In leishmania,It takes place in different angle.
