Binomial nomenclature was proposed by Carlus Linneaus .
the rules followed in binomial nomenclature while writing a scientific name are:-
The name of the genus should be written in capital and the name of the species should be written in small letter.
while printing the scientific name the genus name has to be in italics and underlined.
while writing on a paper the name of the genus and the name of the species should be written separately underlined separately

hey mate mark as the brainliest if it helps!!!!atleast a thanks plz
Explanation:
- binomial nomenclature is the method of scientific naming of plants fruits........
- you know earlier there were long long named like for tomaro it had about 8 words or something-_°
- so a kid named CAROLUS LINNAEUS thought that they had to be shortened .
- so what he did was to put the name of the genus first and the species the next so that they are very simple and easy and people also stated using it.
- And this came to be known as binominal nomenclature.
- it also has some rules ...
- that is they both have to be written seperately in itaclix and they both have to be underlined seperately and the name of genus 'first letter 'in capital and species in small letter.
hope it helped you so plz a brainliest and a thanks .
can i expect that for such a long detailed information please
