Hi friend!

Biodegradable waste is the one that is capable of being decomposed by bacteria or other living organisms and thereby avoiding pollution. They generally take few weeks to decompose.

For example: Vegetable Peels, Animal Waste etc.

Non bio degradable waste is the one that is NOT capable of being decomposed by bacteria or other living organisms. They may take thousands of years to decompose.

For example: Polythene Bags, Plastic Toys etc.

I hope this helps.

EXAMPLES OF BIO-DEGRADABLE THING:
most of us think that plastic is non biodegradable but some plastic(only some kinds) is biodegradable....but its a very long time to decompose like it takes 100years (life time of a man ,plastic can live more years than us wow)to decompose
2.)some other products biodegradable are
paper
cloth etc...

The material which cannot be broken down or cannot be decomposed are termed as non biodegradable materials .
SOMETHING MORE TO KNOW ABOUT NON BIO-DEGRADATION:
