What is biogas....???

→ Biogas is a mixture of gasses produced during decay of biomass like cow dung, various plant materials like residue after harvesting the crops , vegetable wastes etc.. and are decomposed in the absence of oxygen.

→ It is also known as " Gobar Gas ".

→ It is a clean fuel produced from anaerobic digestion.

→ It is a gaseous mixture. It mainly contains methane ( CH₄) AND  Carbon Dioxide ( CO₂ ).
