Biological Magnification is where the accumulation of waste or harmful substances in one of the tropic level and when later when eaten by the organisms belonging to above hierarchy of tropic levels. then the percentage in which these harmful substances follow. The phenomenon is called Biological magnification.

Yes of course it keeps on increasing like the 10% law but there the energy levels decrease but here the harmful substances and these toxins keep on adding and actually multiply.
