Biology is a branch of science which deals with the life cycyle of plants and animals.
It helps us to understand ourselves and the changes that are taking place in our surroundings....it is the only subject which introduces us to ourselves means it gives us knowledge about our body parts and how they function....this subject is very essential as if it would not be there the researches and discoveries would stop !! and we would not be able to explore the world..

It has mainly two branches...
Zoology_which deals with the study of animals.
Botany _ which deals with the study of plants ..
