when an object absorbs all radiation fall on it is called black body. When black body is at uniform temperature, it's emissions has a characteristics frequency distribution that depends on temperature. It is known as black body radiation.

The radiations emitted by a black body is known as black body radiations. The black body is also called the ideal radiator.

A perfect body absorbs 100% of radiations falling on it, is only an ideal concept because within the universe there is no existence of black body. However, lamp black is close to a black body because, it reflects only 1% of radiations falling on it.
