Its a black body...which absorbs or emits the radiations of all frequencies or wavelengths..................its just an ideal body.....means its only theory part....not in experimental one......

black body : means the ideal body which can emits and absorbs radination of all frequencies is called a black body .

and radination emitted by such a body is called black body radination.
