Blacklisting of an employee is that a specific person would not be able to work with that organisation in the future. For example, if a person is blacklisted from McDonald's, then it would be able to work in its any franchise or its branch. Blacklisting can create friction in getting employed again as new employer would think about one's integrity before hiring them. One should ready with an answer for the problem. In some industries like hospitality, getting employed could be real issue as they call one's previous employer before hiring new employee.
