what is blind spot ? define in short​

The area in retina of eye where no vision takes place. It is present at the lateral side of yellow spot. No vision takes place bcoz there r no cones present there, only rods are there.

Blind spot is a junction of optic nerve and retina where no image is produced due to absence of light-sensitive cells.
