I live away from land (on a boat) and often don’t have internet. I use the create content offline for my blogger blog using open live writer (OLW) and liked it. Now if there are pictures in the post I get and error when publishing of 400.
The question is there another offline blog editor that will work with blogger. I have tried MSWord but does not recognize blogger. Google docs is an online tool so that does not meet the bill either.
I am getting pressure from the readers to post updates so I would appreciate some guidance

Create a blog
1)Sign in to Blogger.
2)On the left, click the Down arrow Down Arrow.
3)Click New blog.
4)Enter a name for your blog.
5)Choose a blog address, or URL.
6)Choose a template.
7)Click Create blog.
Note: Make sure you comply with the Blogger Content Policy and Terms of Service.
