Blood is a fluid present in our body and it is a connective tissue.Its function is to transport minerals and oxygen to the body and get rid of waste products..hope it helps

2. RBC help in the transport of respiratory gases ( Oxygen and Carbon dioxide) from lungs to tissues and back.

3. WBC help to fight diseases by engulfing and destroying foreign bodies by producing antibodies and antitoxin.

4. Blood platelets help in clotting of blood at the site of injury.

5. Blood helps in thermoregulation, water balance and maintenance of pH of body.
