Blood is a body fluid in humans and other animals that delivers necessary substances such as nutrients and oxygen to the cells and transports metabolic waste products away from those same cells. In vertebrates, it is composed of blood cells suspended in blood plasma.

Blood is a liquid whicj contains white blood cells, red blood cells, plasma and platelets. Each of them have their use which is very important for survival like WBC fight with the foreign particles and diseases and platelets helps to clot the blood to prevent excess blood loss.
