The bond angel is approximately 104.5 degrees.
It is based on several factors, most notably the VSEPR theory.
This is why the molecule is bent and has the elbow shape.
But if you consider the other electron pairs in their molecular orbitals it actually looks like a fly with the two pairs of electrons being in the wing positions.
