when 2 electrons are shared between 2 atoms to complete their octet then they form a BOND.
there are 3 types of bonds.
Ionic bond-- bond between 2 ions by the exchange of Electron to form anion and cation
Covalent bond-- bond made by sharing of Electron
Dative bond.
