There are 5 states of matter till now. Three of them are known to all but last two are still in debate. Those are plasma and Bose Einstein Condensate. Plasma is super hot and B.E.C. is super cooled.

It was Discovered by the help of Einstein and Satyendra Nath Bose. So it was named beacuse of them.
