what is bowman's capsules

Bowman capsule is a sac like structure found at the beginning of nephron in kidneys of mammals,which performs the first step of filtration of blood .Glomurulus is located in it.

it is a broad ,blind cup-shaped, proximal end of a nephron in which glomerulus is located for ultrafiltration
