At constant temperature ,volume of a definite mass of gas is inversely propotional to its pressure .If P is the pressure and V the volume,then P*V is a constant.

Boyles law:
➡For mixed mass of gas at constant temprature, pressure is inversely propotional to volume.
Therefore, p ∝ 1/v
∴ Pv = constant.
