Braill is a system of reading and writing by touch used by blind . It consists of arrangement of dots which makeup letters of the alphabet , numbers and punctuation mark . The basic Braille symbol called the brain cell consists of 6 dots arranged in the formation of a rectangle, three dots high and two across there are no different symbols for capital letter in Braille. Capitalisation is accomplished by placing a dot six in the cell just before the letter that is capitalised . The first ten letters of alphabet are used to make numbers.
