Certainly i would say that brainly is much better.
Brainly is very reliable and we literally share our knowledge

I recently answered a similar question, being a Moderator on http://Brainly.com myself. Forgive me, but I’ll be paraphrasing my own answer from there. :)

Brainly isn’t the same as Quora, although similar. Brainly is for homework assistance only - think of it as a website for tutoring by fellow students. You receive points for answering questions and lose points for asking, creating a good system in my opinion… although, for people who attempt to cheat the system, us Moderators come in. Anyway, it goes from middle school to college level, on all sorts of subjects. (If you join Brainly, make sure you read through the Terms of Use and the Guidelines as well as abide by them. If you see someone breaking the rules, please hit that report button! It will be dealt with.)

Quora is, like another answerer indicated, able to hold a very wide variety of questions, unlike Brainly. As a person who only joined Quora rather recently, I haven’t explored it very much, so I cannot provide much other comparison than that major difference.
