Breathing is the act of respiration in which we inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide

when we inhale oxygen it is passes through nassal tube to the lungs where it is goes in alveoli which is the smallest ballon like sac. here oxygen diffuses into it and goes to the heart.from the heart it pumps oxygen to the rest of the body .in the same way carbon dioxide from the body goes in the heart and diffuses into alveoli and through out from the nassa passage.
