Bulbourethral gland is a male accessory reproductive gland. It is also known as Cowper's gland.
It a pair of gland found on lateral side of urethra.
It's secretion is alkanine and it destroys the acidity of urethra and cleans it for the movement of sperms. It also helps in the lubrication of penis.
