1) Bulk modulus - the relative change in the volume of a body produced by a unit compressive or tensile stress acting uniformly over its surface.

2)Young modulus-
Young's modulus ( E ) describes tensile elasticity, or the tendency of an object to deform along an axis when opposing forces are applied along that axis; it is defined as the ratio of tensile stress to tensile strain. It is often referred to simply as the elastic modulus

Hope my answer is helpful to u.

■ YOUNG'S MODULUS:

The ratio of compressive stress yo the longitudinal strain is defined as Young's modulus and is denoted by the symbol Y.

Y = compressive stress/ longitudinal strain
Y = (F/A) / ( ∆L/ L)
= ( F×L) / (A×∆L)

■ BULK MODULUS:

The ratio of hydraulic stress to the corresponding volume strain is called bulk modulus.It is denoted by the symbol B.

B= -p∆v /v

SI UNIT OF BOTH MODULUS ARE Nm^-2 or Pascal (Pa)..

HOPE IT HELPSS U
