CAA :- At the first hearingvon petition challenging the CAA , the supreme Court declined to stay contentious law but asked the centre to file it's reply against the petition that stay it violates the Constitution . The petitioners say the Bill discriminantes against Muslim and violates the right to equality enshrined in the Constitution .
