what is called alpha and beeta particle and what is the difference between them

Alpha are fast moving helium nucleus consisting of 2 neutrons and 4 protons.
They carry positive charge 
Beta are fast moving electrons and have a negative charge. It is heavier than alpha particles and hence deflect in magnetic fields more.
