I think so it's confession!!
So if u want the meaning of Confession, then it means it is a statement – made by a person or by a group of persons – acknowledging some personal fact that the person (or the group) would ostensibly prefer to keep hidden.

Confession is when some person admits a crime or a feeling. 
It might also mean disclosure of some secret...
For eg : The thief confessed that he had killed the doctor.
