Hi friend,
1.Cuscutta is a parasitic plant.
2.Though it is slight green in colour it can't produce food.
3.It acts as a host to other plants and take the food and required minerals from that plant and finally it destroys the plant.
4.It is a facultative parasite and has a special root called "HAUSTORIA".
5.It directly gets food and water from xylem and phloem of another plants.
