the main reason of unemployment is large number of population and list number of vacancies for job.
So the government should gives large amount of vacancies in different types of government and private job.
by this the problem of un employment can be reduced on a large scale.

the cause of unemployment in high income countries of the world can be categorize in two ways ----
1. either the cyclical unemployment cause by the economy being in a recession
2. the natural rate of unemployment caused by factors in labor market.
3. caste system - in many cases, the work is not given to the deserving candidate but given to the person belonging to a particular community.
4. immobility of labor- due to the family people do not go to far off areas for jobs.
5. expansion of university- no. of has increase manifold as a result white collar unemployment has increased.
