Cell division is the process by which a parent cell divides into two or more daughter cells.
In eukaryotes, there are two cell division namely mitosis and meiosis
Mitosis takes place the cell divided into two daughter cell and meiosis takes place the cell divided into 4 daughter cell.
In Prokaryotes, the vegetative cell division takes place, we call binary fission.
