Cell is the smallest unit of our body..It was discovered by Robert Hooke in 1665..It is also known as the Bulilding Block of our body because cells combine to form tissues,tissues make organs and organs make a whole human body...It is the basic structural unit...The size of the cell does not depend on the size of the organism...There are unicellular(Amoeba) and multicellular(Humans) organisms too....
