CPGRAMS is a web-based software made to address all Grievances received from the public related to all Ministry / Department / Organization of Central / State governments. The complaint is received and forwarded to the concerned. This software is used by Department for acting and monitoring and reviews the status of pending grievances. Public can also track the status. Grievance are to be resolved within 60 days. This is accessible at pgportal.gov.in
